We visited Urban Bricks at Rivercenter Mall today, and unfortunately our initial experience was disappointing. The pizzas came out significantly overcooked, with large portions of the crust and toppings burnt (see photos). There wasn’t much of a rush at the time, so it was surprising that the quality made it out of the kitchen. The staff appeared to be trying, but the team seemed inexperienced and lacking direction. It felt like there wasn’t much leadership or quality control during our visit. I do want to give credit where it’s due—they were willing to remake the pizza for our little one, who couldn’t eat the hard, burnt crust, and we appreciated that effort. My hope is that management provides better training and oversight so food quality is checked before it’s served. Urban Bricks has the potential to be a great place, but consistency and leadership are important. Based on this visit, I’d give it 2 out of 5 stars.

ordered a freshly baked pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce was rich and flavorful, while the cheese was melted evenly and added a creamy texture to every bite. The toppings were fresh, generously portioned, and complemented the pizza perfectly. The pizza arrived hot and looked very appetizing. The restaurant offered a wide variety of pizza options, making it easy to find something for every taste. The portion size was satisfying, and the prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and service.

Awful pizza served to me. Chose the build your own 10 inch for $14 and regretted it. Miserly use of toppings and burnt at the edges and hard crust. Not going back ever to this miserable place.

Place was absolutely disgusting. The two men in the front were fine but that’s expected from mall pizza. My boyfriend and I stopped in for some pizza and got 2 drinks. I got a Pepsi zero from the fountain but it tasted bad, flat yet foamy. Like there was soap making it white. So I emptied it out and got Mountain Dew instead but it was flat too and tasted weird. And that’s when I saw black stuff floating in my drink. I told my boyfriend (who was drinking the white agave vanilla drink ) and he had black stuff in his drink too. He talked to the guy in the front who gave him a singular bottled Pepsi zero. That would be fine if it wasn’t expired. The bottle didn’t have a sizzle when I opened it so I check the date, oct 16th 2025. (As you can see in the photo, I poured it into the trash) The pizza crust wasn’t bad, the rest just tasted old. Like biting into a peice of moldy bread. I wanna hope the “white” stuff in the marina sauce was seasoning or Alfredo mixed in….. but it was sour and had a weird consistency. Worst experience I’ve ever had, this made south park mall pizza look good.

Wouldn’t recommend, sorry. I came about 30 minutes before close but he was already starting to pack up the food and refused to make the order. Everything was still out and the oven was still on, but okay. Oddly enough they were still accepting Uber Eats orders, so I placed one and had it delivered. They accepted the order. Hence the 2 stars. I chose the half pepperoni and sausage pizza, & half million dollar pasta. The pizza was as described 3 slices. They were about the size of the palm of my hand. If I didn’t see the brick oven with my eyes I would have thought it was microwave pizza. Both the pizza and pasta were bland. They lack seasoning/ flavor. I liked the containers though so that’s something!
